Now over 1200+ Haiti Health Kits
The Risk-Taking Mission and Service committee has completed 1274 health kits to send to Haiti! "Wonderful response!" 'It is so exciting to see the response."
The Fannin Council of UM Churches met at BRUMC fellowship hall on January 31st for a covered dish dinner and to assemble health kits to send to Haiti. The contents of each kit include 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 large plastic comb, 1 finger nail file or clips, 1 large bar of soap, 1 dollar for tooth paste, and 6 adhesive plastic strip sterile bandages. 420 kits were assembled after the dinner, and now over 1200 have been completed and are ready to send!
